 We do not use preservatives or pasteurization when pressing our cider.  It is 100% pure sweet apple cider.  Each year we take a portion of our best batch and freeze the cider to lock in the fresh fall flavor.  We ship this frozen cider year around.  Your cider will arrive partially thawed. Once you receive your cider you can either let it continue to thaw or put it back in the freezer to save for later.  For your convenience, we will ship you six individual quart containers (equal to 1.5 gallons).  This allows you to thaw out just the quantity that you want to drink or give some away to different friends.  Once the cider is completely thawed you should drink it within two weeks.  Enjoy!
