2016 Schedule of Events

August:  PICK YOUR OWN BLUEBERRIES at our NEW PATCH on OTTO ROAD.  We are also offering pre picked blueberries, peaches sweetcorn and apples.  We are no longer offering blueberries at our old blueberry patch that was 12 miles away.  Pick your own apples as well from mid-August on.  Call or check Facebook for exact varieties.  Donuts made fresh daily.  Fresh cider by mid-August.  Tuesday- Saturday 9 am. - 6 pm and Sunday 11am-6pm.

Saturday & Sunday, August 13th14th, 20th, & 21st PEACH PARTY!  & BLUEBERRY BONANZA!  Come enjoy everything peachy & blue!  Peaches and blueberries, special blueberry donuts, cider slushes, wines, jams, and more.  Enjoy sampling from 11am-3pm.  Also, enjoy some of our fresh picked sweet corn for lunch in our air conditioned eating area.  Sweet corn roast is from 11am-3pm.  Early apple picking along with the farm market is open from 9 am - 6 pm.  Check Facebook or call for Blueberry picking schedule.

Saturday, September 24thThe Michigan Apple Festival is at The Country Mill where you can enjoy everything about apples. Visit www.MichiganAppleFestival.com for the details on all of the fun activities at this year’s Michigan Apple Festival.   Kids Apple Activities- Eaton Great Start in cooperation with Potterville & Charlotte Early Childhood Community Action Teams from noon - 4pm., Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides, Performances by the Dance Studio, Corn Maze open & Train Rides to the Orchard 1-5 pm. Apple Picking, Ducks & Turkeys, & Pumpkin picking from 9 am- 6 pm.

Saturday, October 1stSaturday is the first day for Michigan’s 29th annual Pumpkin Carrying Contest from 2 to 4 pm, come and see how many pumpkins your friends can load into your arms. Prizes for the winners are offered on Sunday only. Haunted Cider Mill, Haunted House for Kids, Haunted Orchard Hayride, Corn Maze and Train Rides to the Orchard from 1-5 pm. Apple Picking. Ducks & Turkeys, & Pumpkin picking from 9 am- 6 pm.

Sunday, October 2ndMichigan's 29th annual Pumpkin Carrying Contest from 2 to 4 pm, come and see how many pumpkins your friends can load into your arms. The top man or woman to carry the most pumpkins on Sunday will receive prizes. Haunted Cider Mill, Haunted House for Kids, Haunted Orchard Hayride and Train Rides to the Orchard from 1-5 pm. Apple Picking, Ducks & Turkeys, Corn Maze, & Pumpkin picking from 11 am- 6 pm.

Saturday, October 29th: Come enjoy Kids World Newspaper Custom Contest and Party from 1-4pm inside the heated Orchard Barn. All elementary age children are welcome to come dressed as their favorite character.    Haunted Cider Mill, Haunted House for Kids, Corn Maze, Train Rides to the Orchard from 1-5 pm. Apple Picking, Ducks & Turkeys, & Pumpkin picking from 9 am- 6 pm.

Sunday, October 30th: PICK A PECK FOR PEOPLE!  God has blessed us with apples to harvest.  From 1-5 pm come pick a bag of apples for those in need and receive a complimentary hayride or corn maze ticket.  This event is free of charge.  All apples picked are donated to the Mid-Michigan Food Bank and the St. Vincent DePaul Food Bank who will have a truck on hand to haul away all the apples that you pick.  This is a great family or group event.  From 1-5pm you can enjoy the Haunted Cider Mill, Haunted House for Kids, Corn Maze, Train Rides to the Orchard. Apple Picking, Ducks & Turkeys, & Pumpkin picking from 11 am. - 6 pm.

Friday, November 4th:  Bakery and Farm Market reopen on Friday, Saturday & Sundays until Thanksgiving.  

Saturday & Sunday November 5th & 6th: TRAIN LAYOUT open for free.
In appreciation of your business, we invite you to come and visit our Lionel Train Layout from 12- 4 pm for free. It runs at the top of the hour.

Saturday & Sunday November 19th & 20th: THANKSGIVING PIE EARLY BIRD ORDERS DUE by  Sunday at 5pm.  Pre-pay for your holiday pies and receive 10% off.  In appreciation of your business, we invite you to come and visit our Lionel Train Layout from 12- 4 pm for free. It runs at the top of the hour. This is the last weekend for fresh cider and donuts. ENJOY!

Wednesday, November 23rd, THANKSGIVING PIE PICKUP, 9 am- 6 pm. Pick up your holiday pies.  

Thanksgiving - Christmas: Market is open on Saturdays from 10am-3pm with Apple Wine, Hard Cider, frozen sweet cider, frozen baked goods, DocCherry, and apples and unique gifts. The bakery is closed until August. Feel free to call us if you need something.

Christmas - July 31st: Weddings, Receptions and Special Events!  The Farm Market is closed during this time, but Apple Wine, Hard Cider, frozen sweet cider, DocCherry, and other market items are available by appointment please call or email.  Thank you.
